Germany - weizen beer – 5.5°- schnitzlbaumer, a small bavarian craft brewery. it is a beer made from barley malt and wheat, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized. naturally cloudy due to the presence of yeast and wheat proteins, this beer has a delicate and barely perceptible bitter taste, it releases a pleasantly spicy and slightly malty aroma.

Ipa – high fermentation – brooklyn – usa – 6.9° -on the road to the indies, beer was hopped abundantly and the alcohol content was kept higher to increase its conservation, however, do not expect extreme hopping or excessive caramel, here it is the balance that reigns supreme. the east kent golding, willamette, northdown, centennial hops of this american craft beer give a magnificent bouquet but also a notable ease in drinking.

Solitamente viene presentata nel mese di dicembre, più nello specifico la sera di Sant’Ambrogio il 7 dicembre: nel corso degli anni è diventato un appuntamento fisso che ricorda l’arrivo dell’inverno e apre il periodo delle festività natalizie. In gergo milanese, il termine Brighella è usato per definire quei bambini dall’animo vivace. Il termine ha origine dal nome di una maschera della commedia dell’arte che rappresenta un servo astuto ed intrigante.

Special red abbey style - doppelbock - belgium - 6.5° - grimbergen double ambrée is recognizable by its amber color, tending towards mahogany combined with a dense ivory foam. on the nose, it is possible to appreciate the fragrance of caramel, hints of licorice and plums.

Beavertown neck oil – session ipa

Made with citra, mosaic and equinox, it is a true concentrate of hops. citrus, tropical and resinous notes on the nose and palate. bitter and refreshing beer with a hoppy profile.

Alcohol content: 6.7%

Aroma: malty and citrusy

Taste: it is appreciated for its body, balanced and round. a pleasant citrus and resinous "burst", due to the mix of hops that accompanies a long finish

Stout - ireland - 4.2° -

The legend. the foam is white, very compact and creamy. the taste is decidedly bitter, not very full-bodied and easily recognizable. produced with water, malted barley, roasted unmalted barley, hops and yeast, it takes its color and typical flavor from a particular barley roasting process.

Pale pilsner beer - alc. 5% - beer born from the reinterpretation of magut (german pilsner) in american style.

In 2013, in the wake of the ipas that dominated the market, two of the brewery's best qualities were employed in lambrate: low fermentation and bold but elegant hopping.

The result is a reference beer in the world of “hoppy lagers” even if we have deliberately defined it as “west coast pils” to emphasize both the american-style hopping and the characteristic ease of drinking typical of the pilsner style. sister of the “magut” beer, the added adjective highlights the use of american hops.

India pale ale | 6% vol. - 13.5°p | ibu 60 gaina is the first ipa produced by birrificio lambate. it is characterized by the massive use of american hops, especially in dry-hopping, which give it exuberant and fresh citrus aromas typical of this american style.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE: Nel bicchiere il colore è rosso intenso tendente al granata. Il naso percepisce un profumo fruttato e fresco che spazia dalle confetture di bacche rosse alle ciliegie sotto spirito. Le note olfattive non vengono tradite e proseguono in bocca dando un gusto piacevole e armonico per una giusta persistenza.

ABBINAMENTO: A tavola si fa apprezzare con gli insaccati, i formaggi e indistintamente con primi e secondi di carne.

Profumo

Sapore

Mediamente strutturato, fresco, sapido, dal tannino delicato. Media persistenza.

Abbinamento

Ideale con primi piatti a base di carne e funghi. Carni rosse, piatti di pesce elaborati e formaggi stagionati.
